Healthy employees are the most important resource of a company. Based on this idea, Rebirth:Active aims to help maintain the health of its clients’ employees. The Rebirth:Active program offers a holistic approach for a better lifestyle through nutrition, exercise and mental health.
By using the Rebirth:Active app, employees are guided to change existing behaviour patterns and establish a more active lifestyle. Based on 10 years of cutting-edge research, the program proposes a holistic training plan which adapts to the individual working and living conditions of the user. So it is through individual coaching and dynamic goals, that the user is personally motivated to implement a sustainably healthy lifestyle in the long term.
